At Averelle Baby, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or washed items
  • Items without original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@averelle.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item at support@averelle.net.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@averelle.net.
